In this role, Tarl has grown Plexus Worldwide from a small company into an international brand with a diverse portfolio of over 20 health and wellness products. With Tarl at the helm of the Scottsdale, AZ-based “Health and Happiness Company”, Plexus Worldwide is set on a path to becoming the 38th-largest direct selling company in the world.

Outside of expanding the Plexus Worldwide brand into exciting new territories, Tarl continues to find inspiration in the Plexus team, its community and the culture that he has worked to forge. He believes in the opportunity that Plexus Worldwide can provide to anyone looking to improve their health or earn additional income and he works tirelessly to expand that opportunity to people around the globe. In his spare time, he can be found travelling with his family, playing golf, and even cheering on his home team, the Seattle Seahawks.
