Plexus Worldwide Announces Formal Initiative to Better Serve Hispanic Community

Scottsdale, Ariz. (April 1, 2019) – Plexus Worldwide™ (Plexus), a worldwide, leading direct-selling health and wellness company focused on health and happiness, announced a formal initiative to better serve the diverse Hispanic community in the United States. Plexus is committed to communicating new opportunities in both English and Spanish including on company websites, social outreach, corporate announcements, training team personnel, business coaching materials and product information.

The announcement was welcome news to hundreds of Plexus Ambassadors (independent business owners) who attended the company’s recent annual Super Saturday event in Las Vegas. The training was presented entirely in Spanish and coincided with English language events in 20-cities nationwide.

“As our business expands globally, it becomes increasingly important to communicate with our customers and Ambassadors in the language they are most comfortable,” said Christopher Pair, President of Operations and International. “Expanding diverse outreach across multiple platforms is a natural progression that will continue to grow as we launch Plexus in new markets.”

While the company has long had several documents and web pages in both Spanish and English, Plexus made the decision to expand its efforts making the entire Plexus website bilingual, and to making corporate announcements, training materials and product information available in Spanish. The company also began offering new events and opportunities for Spanish speaking audiences in 2018 and many its 700,000 Ambassadors already communicate with customers in their preferred language.

“Our decision to reach out to families from all backgrounds is not only important to our customers and Ambassadors, it just makes good sense as we are creating pathways of Health and Happiness,” said Alec Clark, President and Founder of Plexus.
